Buffer.com has a specific refund policy. While their terms state that all fees are non-refundable, they can offer a refund for payments made within the last 60 days if the account had no activity during that time.
Here are some important details to note about refunds:
- Charges past 60 days (monthly or annual) are not refundable.
- Charges during a period in which the Buffer account showed activity are not refundable.
- Technical issues or outages that affected the account do not warrant a refund.
- Charges made to an expired card are not refundable.
- Social channel purchases from the Billing area of the account are non-refundable even if unused.
